This funding round also saw participation from notable investors including Shan M S, COO of Namma Yatri, and Reema Mahajan, founder of International Women in Dubai. The fresh capital will be directed towards enhancing FlexiBees' technological infrastructure, refining its AI capabilities, and expanding its market presence to better serve both employers and talent.

Founded by Shreya Prakash, Rashmi Rammohan, and Deepa Swami, FlexiBees connects vetted women professionals with part-time, project-based, and remote roles. The platform, which boasts a strong 70% repeat client rate, aims to create more employment opportunities for women. It currently serves over 700 businesses globally, including major corporations like Kimberly-Clark Professional and Tata Realty, as well as high-growth startups such as Qapita and Creditmantri. With a network of over 60,000 professionals, FlexiBees is well-positioned to make a significant impact in the flexible work market.

Leadership with a Vision
Shreya Prakash, Co-Founder and CEO, brings a decade of experience from Hindustan Unilever to her role in Business Development and Marketing. Rashmi Rammohan, Co-Founder and COO, leverages her background in Media, Digital, and e-commerce Insights at P&G to oversee Business Delivery, Technology, and Digital. Deepa Swami, Co-Founder and Chief Talent Officer, draws from her roles at KPMG and Aptech to manage Talent Acquisition, Project Operations, and Finance & Legal. All three founders are distinguished MBA graduates from IIM Bangalore.
