Enterpret, a cutting-edge customer feedback analytics platform, has raised $20.8 million in Series A funding led by Canaan Partners, with participation from Kleiner Perkins, Peak XV Partners, Wing Ventures, and Recall Capital. The round also saw contributions from angel investors including Lauryn Motamedi (Notion), Elena Verna (Dropbox), Nan Yu (Linear), and Andrew Berman (Zapier).
Scaling Innovation in Feedback Analytics
The funding will enable Enterpret to expand its platform and deploy no-code AI agents that enhance collaboration across product, marketing, and sales teams. These tools aim to streamline fragmented feedback workflows, allowing teams to transform data from sales calls, support tickets, surveys, and social media into actionable insights.
The US-based company also plans to refine its feedback collection processes, helping organizations like Monday.com, Canva, Notion, Hootsuite, and Vimeo better understand customer needs and improve their offerings.
A Vision for Customer-Centric Growth
Co-founded in 2020 by brothers Varun and Arnav Sharma, Enterpret uses natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) to analyze customer feedback at scale. Varun, the CEO, previously led enterprise customer operations at Scale AI, while Arnav served as a senior software engineer at Uber.
“Customer interactions are a precious yet underutilized data set,” said Varun Sharma. “Enterpret unlocks their potential in the post-LLM world to build best-in-class products and drive business growth.”
The platform consolidates feedback into a unified view, enabling companies to identify trends and make strategic decisions. This eliminates the need for manual data sifting, which often hampers customer retention and product improvement efforts.
Customer Success Stories
Enterpret’s clients report significant benefits. Lauryn Motamedi, Head of Product Growth at Notion, stated, “Enterpret provides a unified real-time view of customer experiences, helping us identify clear trends and themes to address.”
Harshjit Sethi, Managing Director at Peak XV, added, “Enterpret enables companies to ingest feedback across channels and use generative AI to summarize and categorize it, giving decision-makers unparalleled insights into their users.”
Track Record and Future Outlook
Enterpret has seen rapid growth, doubling its annual recurring revenue (ARR) since May 2024. The company previously raised $4.3 million in seed funding in 2022, with backers including Kleiner Perkins and Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital India).
With this new funding and a board strengthened by Rayfe Gaspar-Asaoka, a partner at Canaan Partners, Enterpret is poised to transform customer feedback into a strategic advantage for businesses, enabling them to build user-focused products and achieve sustainable growth.
