Disha, the AI health coaching platform previously called Curelink, has raised ₹43.88 crore in a Series A led by General Catalyst, regulatory filings show. The money will go into its AI models and wider operations as the company coaches users with chronic conditions in Hindi, English and Hinglish.
Disha, an AI-powered health coaching platform formerly known as Curelink, has raised ₹43.88 crore in a Series A round led by General Catalyst, according to regulatory filings first reported by Entrackr and covered by Startup Story Media on 23 September 2026. Existing investor Elevation Capital also took part.
General Catalyst invested ₹38.20 crore, Elevation Capital ₹5.20 crore and Flamel Performing Creatives Private Limited ₹48 lakh. The board approved 12,309 Series A compulsorily convertible preference shares at ₹35,643.64 each.
What the money is for
According to the filings, Disha will use the capital to build out its own AI models and technology platform, expand its business and operations, meet working-capital needs, strengthen its capital base and cover general corporate purposes.
Entrackr estimates that the round puts Disha's post-money valuation at around ₹288 crore, about 52% higher than the ₹190 crore of its previous round.

Disha offers personalised diet, fitness and chronic-care coaching through an AI coach that is available around the clock. It covers 15 chronic conditions and works in Hindi, English and Hinglish. The company claims 70 lakh sign-ups, 3 lakh active users and more than 1.4 crore messages exchanged on the platform.
Its founders, Aman Singla and Divyansh Jain, each hold 31.10% after the latest allotment, the largest stakes in the company. General Catalyst now owns 13.33%, Elevation Capital 9.96% and the employee stock option pool 9.02%. Venture Highway holds 4.07%.
Before this round, the company raised $3.5 million (about ₹26 crore) in a seed round led by Elevation Capital and Venture Highway. Its angel investors include Paytm founder and CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma, ShareChat co-founder and CEO Ankush Sachdeva and Digital Sparrow Capital, each with about 0.16%.
In FY25, Disha's revenue doubled to ₹4.91 crore from ₹2.47 crore in FY24, while its loss narrowed 22.5% to ₹4.45 crore from ₹5.74 crore. It has not yet reported FY26 results.
