Lalit Mittal is a co-founder of Gravity, a Bengaluru-based platform for premium home interior materials that he set up with former Livspace India CEO Saurabh Jain. An IIT Delhi alumnus, he was an assistant vice president at the social commerce company Meesho before joining Livspace in 2019. At Livspace he first ran functions in the home interiors business and in June 2022 was appointed chief business officer for India, responsible for new business functions and long-term growth strategy. In that role he led the company's expansion to 30 cities and oversaw regional profit-and-loss accounts and city-level operating systems. Mittal and Jain left Livspace in February 2026. Gravity brings together specialist kitchen and wardrobe businesses on shared technology, distribution, key-account management and operations, selling to design studios, modular showrooms and designers, and plans to add categories such as doors and windows, lighting and home automation. In September 2026 it raised $15 million in a mix of equity and debt led by 3one4 Capital and Info Edge Ventures.
