T-Hub launches Flashpoint venture studio with Kheyti, Dhruva Space

T-Hub has opened Flashpoint, a venture studio that picks a problem first and then recruits founders to build a company around it, without taking equity. Its first tracks, run with Kheyti and Dhruva Space, give founders stipends, pilots and access to specialist labs from week one.

Hyderabad-based startup incubator T-Hub has launched Flashpoint, a venture studio that co-builds startups with founders from across India. T-Hub announced the programme in a statement on Tuesday, 29 September 2026, with agri-tech and space-tech as its first two tracks, run with Kheyti and Dhruva Space respectively.

Founders selected for the studio keep full ownership of their companies, with no equity dilution, and T-Hub says it will help them raise their first round of funding. Applications are open through T-Hub's website.

How Flashpoint works

A conventional accelerator takes in startups that already exist. Flashpoint reverses the order: T-Hub and an industry partner identify and validate a problem, then choose founders to build a company that solves it, according to The Hindu BusinessLine and Deccan Chronicle.

Chosen founders get operator-led mentorship and infrastructure such as labs, testbeds and access to existing supply chains, along with T-Hub's network of mentors and resource partners. Deccan Chronicle reported that T-Hub says it has supported more than 3,300 startups and works with a network of over 200 investors.

"If you have the entrepreneurial bug and the passion to build something meaningful, but don't know where to start, this is the right program for you," T-Hub CEO Kavikrut said.

The agri-tech and space-tech tracks

In the agri-tech track, founders join Kheyti as entrepreneurs-in-residence. They receive a monthly stipend of ₹1 lakh, sponsored pilots and the chance to work with 8,000 greenhouse farmers from their first week. The track focuses on building businesses around market access for smallholder farmers. Kheyti CEO Kaushik Kappagantulu said the tie-up marks a return to T-Hub, where Kheyti began in 2015.

In the space-tech track, Dhruva Space, a space infrastructure company, will open its cleanrooms, thermal-vacuum and vibration testing facilities and ground stations to founders so they can build and test hardware early. Dhruva Space CEO Sanjay Nekkanti said India's growing space economy will need technologies across satellites, launch systems, components, software, data and services.

Where it fits in T-Hub's programmes

Flashpoint follows Blueprint, a 12-month fellowship in which T-Hub acts as a generalist CXO for deep-tech startups moving from early traction to scale. Flashpoint extends that co-building model to the stage before a company has even been formed, which is aimed at people who want to start up but have not yet settled on a problem.
