Yoga Bar is a Bengaluru health-food brand founded in 2014 by sisters Anindita and Suhasini Sampath; its operating company, Sproutlife Foods, was incorporated in February 2015. It launched multigrain energy bars in August 2015 and protein bars in 2018, then added muesli, oats, peanut butter and other breakfast products. Early backers included Fireside Ventures and Elevation Capital. ITC bought a 39.4% stake for about ₹175 crore in 2023, raised it to 47.5%, and on 28 September 2026 completed the purchase of the remaining 52.5% for about ₹645 crore, making Sproutlife a wholly owned subsidiary. Sproutlife reported turnover of ₹452 crore in FY26.
