Mehul Agrawal is a co-founder of Cars24, the Gurugram-based used-car marketplace, and a member of its board. He started the company in 2015 with Vikram Chopra, Gajendra Jangid and Ruchit Agarwal and served for more than a decade as its chief operating officer. Before Cars24, Agrawal co-founded FabFurnish, an online store for furniture, furnishings and home decor that launched in Gurugram in 2012 with Chopra and Vaibhav Aggrawal and raised over $30 million from Rocket Internet and Kinnevik. Chopra has said the two met through a common friend and shared an ambition to build in the home decor segment, which they saw as large and unorganised. Agrawal and Chopra left FabFurnish in July 2015 to start Cars24, and Future Group was reported the following year to be buying the FabFurnish brand. On 30 April 2026 Agrawal announced on LinkedIn that he was stepping back from his operating role after more than 11 years, noting that Cars24 had recently posted its first profitable quarter globally and saying he would remain on the board.
